Who holds copyright

The text, articles, design, logos and original music on this site belong to ĀSHA, unless a page says otherwise for a specific item. Publishing something here does not give up any right in it.

Reproduction and republishing

Reproducing, republishing, redistributing or using this site’s content commercially needs written permission first, beyond the short fair-quotation use described below.

Names and logos

The names ĀSHA, ĀSHA Collective and ĀSHA Initiative, and their logos, belong to ĀSHA. Using them to imply endorsement, partnership or origin without permission is not allowed. (No trademark symbol is used here, and none of this claims that any of these are registered.)

Third-party material in articles

Where an article includes an image, quotation or piece of footage from someone else, it remains that owner’s and does not become ĀSHA’s by appearing here. Images from others link to their original source.
